We invite you to join us on the beautiful open range ranch of Plum Creek Pastures in Sedalia, Colorado.
You will experience a day dedicated to opening your heart and nourishing your soul with uplifting activities,

special time with the horses and connecting with nature.

Registration fee $188.00 ~ includes all activities & healthy snacks.

Rock Art - Self Guided
Experience painting rocks from Lake Michigan to contribute to the sacred drumming circle.

Let Nature Nourish Your Soul led by Tanya Gulde
Experience nature on an intimate level through a guided mediation and silent walk. 

Sacred Drumming Circle 
Experience creating the sacred drumming circle with your painted rocks and then being part of the
drumming circle by adding your own sound contribution (rattles, drums, sticks, voice, clapping)
