Personal Growth- 4 Sessions

Give yourself the gift of Self Care and Personal Growth  by doing the Personal Growth Series. The horses will help you grow, strengthen and further develope these  4 areas of your life.

Set Clear Healthy Boundaries 

Boundaries can be both healthy and unhealthy . Healthy boundaries makes for good relationships with others and with yourself. Certain signs can help you determine  what is a healthy clear boundary and what is an unhealthy fuzzy  boundary. 

 During this session with the horses , you will learn about being able to  say, "no,"  learn to set and  keep a safe personal space and being able to clearly communicate both wants and needs.

Trust Yourself 

Not trusting your self may play out like this in your life:  

• Picking the a parnter that is not a healthy fullfilling fit for you.
• Not listening to your inner guidance and intuition
• Being afraid of making the wrong choice or disappointing others, so you seek out others to tell you what to do.
• Coming down super hard on yourself when others criticize you and then feeling guilty and ashamed.

During this session with the horses , you will learn about  making decisions for you and the horse. You take the both of you  through an obstacle course of your life.

 Build Self Confidence

Low self confidence  may play out like this in your life:  

• Low impression  about your talents, skills and natural abilities
• Never feeling  good enough.
• Hiding your true authentic self from the world.

 During this session with the horses , you will challenge your abilities to work with the horses and build your self confidence. 

Face Your Fear

Overcoming "fear"  may  help you move through what may be  holding you back from living your best life.  Just imagine  what you might achieve or how your life might be different if you overcome your fears.

During this session with the horses , you will identify a specific fear you have and will work together with the horse to face it 

head on.
