Women, Horses & Healing

At the Women, Horses & Healing Weekend Workshop your primary focus will be to connect with women and interact with the horses. You will be able to work on an area in your life that would benefit from the support and encouragement of other women. The horses will be your teachers and will inspire Hope & Healing through their innate ability to zone into what we are feeling, needing and are open to... When in the presence of the horses we cannot lie or hide our core feelings from them. They sense below the public facade. This connection provokes a shift and/or an awareness that encourages Healing.

This workshop consists of:

Guided Meditations

Individual EAL Session with the horses for each participant

Journal Making

And many more empowering activities

(Healthy snacks, water and materials are included)
